We use reliable mailing services throughout NZ, however mishaps sometimes do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue by emailing email@example.com. All goods are sent with the greatest care.
